This product does not work. I've tried this product and Clear Passage and none of them work well. This products does not open the nostrils and Clear Passage strips (similar to Breathe Right) do not stick to your skin.The only item that works well, faithfully, is Breathe Right strips.I do not recommend this product.

I purchased my first pack of Breathe Life strips and my fiance was happier than I was. The snoring was really killing her, I have tried the other products on the market and none of them worked as consistenly as Breathe Lift.Of course I slept better and therefore had more energy but it was the smile on my fiances face that has me committed to Breathe Lift for life! I use the strips nightly and recently started using them at the gym. If you are a health nut like I am and want to maximize your session at the gym give these a try. I just am not sure that I think these work that well. My husband says he thinks I may be snoring a little less with them. But not much! I'm so thrilled!! I do know that they pull the skin like crazy when you pull them off in the morning. I don't think I will purchase them again. I'll try something else.

i love this product, and have been using it for years. it will prevent a cold from progressing if you take it early. it will diminish the symptoms of a cold you already have. it's good for cold-related headaches and body aches. helps you sleep, too, with no after effects.
