This was the second order that I have placed for the PureCalm. I think it works great with St. John's Wort. The Nerve Tonic is supposed to be chewed or sucked. It tastes like bad chalk. Stale flavor with chalky aftertaste has kept me from taking it consistently, so I don't even know if it helps. My opinion is that the PureCalm, St. John's Wort, and Valerian Root together work very well for me. I feel more comfortable taking those three than a prescription such as Valium that can become addictive. The addictive part of it just adds more stress on top to worry about. I originally bought this for my Daughter, who was in college and having problems with anxiety. It worked for her, so well. I then told a friend about it and it worked so well for her, too! Then, my Father passed away and my Husband was acutely ill and I had my own high anxiety going on! I bought a bottle of this for myself and within 15 minutes, I felt no anxiety, but was alert and not feeling drugged at all. I have continued to use it, as my Husband just passed away and it is still helping me a lot. I have recommended it to many, many people!

This stuff has been my savior many times. It is great for calming my nerves. I use this as needed. It really soothes my frayed nerves. I suffer with panic attacks and I find relief when I use this. So simple and convenient. I just make sure I carry bottled water with me and mix this in even when I am out somewhere. This is definitely worth a try.

Waste of money

I have had an incident on a highway a few weeks ago, unfortunately I can't avoid the highway nor can find a way to deal with it. I had extremely low blood sugar, I was melting and seeing scintillating patterns and was trying desperately to gain control of my car, and managed to call for help, the minute I got off the highway, my sister God bless her sped to meet me and rescue me with some juice.. Unfortunately every time I pass that junction I am reminded of that incident and start to panic where I am completely sweaty, shaking, hyperventilating, though trying with all my might to calm myself down, to talk myself out of it, or even to let my emotions take control of me until I regain composure.. I really had high hopes for this, since I refuse to take benzodiazepines or something medicinal with potential for addiction and that downward spiral that we see many celebrities take.. Naturally nothing works over night, but I am a week into it with no improvement in spite of assurances from the makers... I think the best thing for me to do is go into the right lane and drive with blinkers on until this incident dissipates completely from memory but I haven't seen any difference with this and it is really unfortunate because it was my last hope to feeling good about driving again. The mind is an incredible thing unfortunately at times we are slaves to it and the physiological aspects that are borne of it..
