When I purchased the Sanvic Pulsatile Nasal/Sinus Irrigator earlier this month, it came with a two weeks supply of the premeasured buffered salt packets.I'm a hypertonic person meaning the normal isotonic saline solution is inadequate, so I was a bit nervous as to how doubling up would be. It was great. And it was nice having the premeasured packets.The really good news is when I shopped around and did some price comparisons, I found this was one of the best deals I could find, so a win/win.

It's ok...I've had other brands I like better. I use it for sinus problems and thought this would be better at home..save the individual packets then for travel. If you have a place to set this jar in the cupboard or out of the way in a drawer perhaps..but where it's handy then I think most people will be satisfied with it. The jars I got are pre-packed in plastic inside with a blue teaspoon measuring device. I don't like the spoon but it works. And I poured the salts out of the plastic bag into the jar and it's easier now to dip the spoon in and measure right amount from it. If you need an extra dose you can double the amount. But becareful it can burn...the whole idea is not to cause burning...straight water will feel like it's burning...the salt solution sooths your sinus tissues and that's the main idea. It probably draws some of the mucus out too....I liked another brand a bit better but it does not come in the bulk or jar choice....so this is fine. I also use their bottle application not the netti pot. For me it works better. Actually I didn't think the hose inside the bottle was long enough and had another one from a different bottle I did not like as well as this brands squatter style...so cut it to fit to the bottom slightly on a slant cut and now it works very well...right down to the bottom or the water.....so they could make the hose or straw longer in both their sizes of bottles.

Aprilaire filters work great

I saved money by ordering the package of two. It saved me money. They're easy to install and I could tell the quality of the air in the house improved in one or two days. Another benefit that people may not know about these filters is that they reduce the amount of dust so much which means you don't have to dust as often. These filters cost more at the retail stores close to my home. I'm glad I ordered them online. I didn't even have to pay for the shipping. Bottom line: they are great and well worth the money.

Relatively easy to install, works great. I usually only have to replace the filter every two years (since I also use the cheap fiberglass prefilters). Helps with allergies and keeps the coils perfectly clean.

Helps some with allergies and congestion, but doesn't solve all of the symptoms. A nice alternative to taking more medication. Works better after used for a few days with 2 packets. Also be sure to follow the directions and do not use before laying down

If your nostrils are big, forget it...

I'm guessing the reason why I get a mess coming out of my nostril when using the Nasopure instead of a neat stream of water that I see coming from the people using the product in the video demonstrations, is that I'm not getting a tight enough seal. It just seems to me that the product is made for people with nostrils up to a certain size and smaller. And if your nostrils are larger than those particular sizes, then you are out of luck.I had the same problem when trying the Neti Pot. I was tilting my head correctly and I was even trying to push the pot further in my nostril to get a better seal, but I had just had Sinuplasty surgery and doing that was very painful.If I am wrong and this is not the reason why the solution comes drizzling down my nose, mouth, chin and eventually shirt, then I would really appreciate some insight. Because I know that I read in both the Nasopure and Neti Pot instructions that there should be a seal when using their products. And until Nasopure makes a bigger spout, it's going right up my nose.

I bought two sets for myself and my 6-year-old son. I tried it first before giving it to my son. I was a little skeptical at first, but it turned out to be a pleasant experience for me. I did not feel any burning sensation or pain when I used it. My son has been using it everyday for a month now and he has no complains. This is a great product for kids and adults.
